A partner in the Business Law Group, she practises primarily in transactional and commercial law. She negotiates, drafts and reviews legal documents relating to business sales and acquisitions, mergers, corporate reorganizations and other complex commercial transactions.
Over the course of her career, France-Camille has been involved in several major transactions and has supported entrepreneurs through every stage of their growth. She advises them on corporate structuring, governance, lobbying and the strategic issues related to their expansion projects.
At the same time, Ms. De Mers has developed a specialization in intellectual property. In particular, she assists clients in the information technology sector with trademark matters, licensing and the transfer of intellectual property rights.
