Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2026, she completed her legal training and articling at a leading national business law firm, where she gained experience in transactional law and securities law.

Maya holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Laval University. Following professional experience at a major insurance company, she participated in the Financial Services Law Lab, where she was able to deepen her knowledge in this field. She was also active in the Law and Business Club and served as a mentor to students in her faculty due to her outstanding academic record.
