He worked in Tunis as a lawyer with local and international business law firms for four years.

Part of his work consists of making various filings with securities regulators (SEDAR, SEDI, TMX LINX, NRD, AMF, etc.), such as continuous disclosure documents, financing documents, reports of exempt distribution, etc.

On the corporate side, he assists corporate lawyers in the preparation of legal documentation relating to the various day-to-day transactions of provincial and federal corporations (incorporation, organization, amendments to articles, mergers, etc.), and handles updates to accounting records and registers.

He also helps the firm’s clients meet their transparency obligations and follows up on their current and annual updating declarations to the Quebec Enterprise Registrar and Corporations Canada.
